1. User Registration & Security

To access the Eduzone training materials, users must register an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and updated professional information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Google Login sessions).
• Any activity that occurs under your profile.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All training content, including recorded lectures, specialized PDFs, assessment tools, and scientific methodologies, are the exclusive property of BEPAC.

• Content is for individual use only.
• Redistribution, recording, or unauthorized sharing of the material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

3. Access & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of the specified fees. Access is granted for the duration of the course as specified in the program details. BEPAC reserves the right to terminate access in case of policy violations.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, once the course materials are accessed or viewed through the LMS, fees become non-refundable. For offline programs, refund requests are subject to our administrative review.

5. Certifications

Certificates are awarded based on the completion of all required modules and passing the final assessments. They are issued under the name provided during registration; changes after issuance may incur additional fees.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the countries where BEPAC operates (Egypt and UAE). Any disputes shall be settled in the respective local courts.
